Lo Verdièr is a recently completely renovated holiday home catering for four persons in the Dordogne, two kilometres from the picturesque medieval town of Belvès. It has wonderful views on all sides and is ideal for lovers of tranquility, nature, panoramic views and all that the Dordogne has to offer.

In the stylishly decorated home you will find a reception room, annex dining room, with a wood burner and electrical heating, a modern audio set, TV and DVD-player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator and a stove. Of course there is access to the internet via Wi-Fi. On the top-floor there are two bedrooms each with their own en-suite. 

The surrounding area includes a wonderful medieval town and castle, prehistoric sites and canoeing on the river. At circa 500m distance there are two 18 hole golf courses and a 5 minutes drive takes you to the river. The house is on a small dead end lane on the top of a hill, it has two terraces and an orchard (hence the name: the Occitan word for orchard). The holiday home is situated on a large terrain with plenty of privacy. The house is 40 minutes from Bergerac airport where you can also rent a car. The train station of Belvès is 10 minutes away. The caretaker speaks English, French and Dutch.
